Job description

The Center for Human Development is looking for aย Clinical Training Specialist. The Clinical Trainingย Specialistย playsย a key role in shaping CHD's clinical training series, focusing on evidence-based models such as MI, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ARC, and more as required by CHD contracts. Working closely with internal and external experts, they will create learning experiences emphasizing practical application in real-world scenarios. Given CHD's diverse workforce, effective communication with staff from various backgrounds is crucial.ย 

Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development to design and implement "train-the-trainer" programs, ensuring sustainability and expansion across the agency. Furthermore, they will partner with CHD's technology department toย establishย professional learning communities, providing ongoing support forย participants inย post-training.ย 

Qualifications and requirements:ย ย ย 

  • Master's Degree in a clinical field isย required; license or license-eligible is preferred.ย 
  • Training development and implementationย experience,ย preferred.ย ย
