Location:This is a hybrid-based position located in one of the following locations: Amesbury, MA, or Selma, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, mid-level Learning and Development professional to support the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our learning programs across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both facilitation and program execution, while also contributing to broader learning strategies.

In this role, you will partner with HR, People Leaders, and functional teams to ensure employees have access to impactful learning experiences that build capability and support business goals.

As part of Munters' global People Development team, you will help connect global learning initiatives with regional needs. You will primarily focus on delivering programs, supporting implementation efforts, and contributing to program design, rather than owning enterprise-wide strategy.

This position partners closely with the Group Learning Manager and reports to the VP, People Development, based in Sweden. Occasional travel within the United States is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support the implementation of global People & Culture learning programs across the region

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support local development initiatives

  • Adapt and deliver learning content to meet regional and business-specific needs

  • Contribute to the design, coordination, and administration of learning programs and initiatives

  • Assist with project management and rollout of global L&D initiatives

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance training meets local requirements

  • Support broader People Development initiatives, including talent development and engagement efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

  • 4-6 years of experience within Learning & Development functions

  • Experience facilitating training programs and supporting development initiatives

  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills

  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning tools

  • Ability to balance execution with contributing ideas to program improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization

  • Exposure to instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP)

  • Experience supporting leadership or professional development programs
