Overview:The Strategic Program Manager serves as the operational and strategic partner to the VP of Safety & Racing, driving alignment, execution, and performance across the Stilo, Simpson, Racequip, and HANS brands. This role owns the orchestration of key initiatives from roadmap planning through launch and post-market evaluation, ensuring cross-functional teams operate in sync and deliver against aggressive safety, quality, and commercial objectives.Blending analytical rigor with operational leadership, this individual transforms complex priorities into clear execution plans, removes bottlenecks, and ensures resources are deployed where they create the most value. Acting as the connective tissue across Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales, the Strategic Program Manager enables disciplined execution in a fast-paced, seasonal, and performance-driven environment.This is not a traditional project management role — it is a high-impact leadership position that drives strategic clarity, operational momentum, and measurable results across the Safety & Racing portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the VP of Safety and Racing to define, prioritize, and track short, mid and long-term roadmaps for Stilo, Simpson, Racequip, and HANS.
  • Analytical Leadership: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program performance, resource allocation, and market trends to inform critical business decisions.
  • Matrix Collaboration: Serve as the central nervous system between Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product launches and program updates.
  • Priority Management: Thrive in a high-velocity environment by managing multiple complex workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising the integrity of our safety standards.
  • Communication: Distill complex project updates into clear, actionable briefings for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
