Now Hiring: CSBG Program Support Aide
Department: CSBG | Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Program Manager | Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends)
About the Role
Provide customer service and administrative support to ensure efficient program operations and assist clients with applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries
- Assist with applications and verify eligibility
- Enter and maintain data
- Support volunteer coordination and logs
- Prepare basic reports and documents
- Perform general office duties
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 50 WPM typing
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree
- 6–12 months related experience
