GENERAL PURPOSE
The Program Manager leads sustainability initiatives that span multiple teams and business units. Works cross functionally to manage complex programs, align efforts with organizational goals, and drive continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Program Oversight & Execution
  • Own and lead moderately complex sustainability programs focused on implementing product design and material changes.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery, following standardized product development processes and milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate efforts across departments, operations, design, and suppliers.
  • Support cross-functional alignment and change management.

Systems & Process Ownership
  • Manage product development systems and sustainability tools.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate sustainability goals into actionable plans.
  • Supports creation of carbon reduction roadmap.

Reporting & Communication
  • Contribute to program documentation and dashboards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional leadership collaboration(category, operations, supply management) to advance the project, remove barriers, escalate issues, and align on decisions

Mentorship & Team Development
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Support team development and performance evaluations.

Project Leadership
  • Lead departmental initiatives and support strategy execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of product development experience.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of program management experience, sustainability experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience in managing offshore resource for engineering and business intelligence application development

  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Problem Solving, Decision Matrix, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in product development framework from concept, through Business Proposal and Implementation.
  • Understanding of business operations and sustainability planning.
