Job description


The Associate Manager, Global Talent Development serves as a strategic program manager and learning partner responsible for delivering high-impact talent development experiences for Pizza Hut's corporate employees. Partnering closely with the Director and Manager of Global Talent Development, this role helps bring leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and enterprise learning initiatives to life.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines program management, instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, analytics, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate enjoys building learning experiences, managing complex projects, and creating programs that help leaders and teams grow.
Responsibilities
Leadership Development & Learning
  • Partner with the Manager, Global Talent Development to design, develop, and continuously improve leadership development programs and learning experiences.
  • Develop learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, toolkits, presentations, and digital learning resources.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences, adapting delivery to engage a variety of audiences.
  • Coordinate learning logistics, communications, vendor management, enrollment, and learner experience from planning through evaluation.

Talent Programs & Employee Experience
  • Support the execution of enterprise talent processes including goal setting, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and the annual Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Develop project plans, communications, implementation resources, and governance materials that ensure consistent execution across Talent Development initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to support action planning and continuous improvement following talent and engagement activities.

Program Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage multiple Talent Development initiatives simultaneously, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
  • Analyze learning, engagement, and talent data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, communications, and project updates.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve Talent Development programs, processes, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related functions within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise learning or talent initiatives and developing executive-ready communications and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting talent management processes such as performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, or talent reviews.
  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience facilitating virtual and/or in-person learning programs.

Salary Range: $99,200 to $116,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
