Job description

Key responsibilities include managing team operations within cleanroom environments while also assisting in the processing and fabrication within the cleanroom, facilitating weekly customer calls, preparing detailed monthly technical and financial reports, and tracking project budgets and resource allocations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a trusted liaison between internal technical teams and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of process development and materials integration is essential, as is the ability to forecast risks, resolve technical challenges, and maintain a dynamic project plan in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting. A chemistry, material science, or chemical engineering background is a plus, due to many of the key fabrication steps requiring wet processing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily tactical management of process development activities across multiple projects working with program engineer and operations team.
  • Program Management of two primary projects, including setting project schedules, managing projects to budget and schedule, and setting project team priorities.
  • Prepare project status reports (emails, PowerPoint slide decks, and/or Word documents), lead weekly (or bi-weekly) customer meetings and customer communications.
  • Employ standard troubleshooting protocols.

  • Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Build meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties.
  • Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned with a can-do attitude.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit.

Job Qualifications:
  • US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.
  • Program or project management experience, including use of Gantt charts and budget management
  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in physical science or engineering is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in wafer processing and basic semiconductor device processing is required.
  • Overall experience in data recording and data presentation (PowerPoint) is a must.
