The Supply Chain Rotational Development Program offers new graduates a rotational assignment through each department of our Supply Chain Center, with the total rotation lasting about 2 years. At the end of the rotation, they will work full-time in one of our supply chain departments.

When your part of the Supply Chain team, your finger is literally on the pulse of Covestro's global manufacturing and distribution operations. You'll keep careful watch over incoming orders, outgoing shipments, production schedules, and even the flow of raw materials to our facilities.

In the Supply Chain Development Program, they will spend time in various supply chain functions, including order management, logistics operations, network optimization, logistics procurement, production planning, e-business, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree by May 2027 or start of employment in a field such as supply chain management, logistics, IT, industrial engineering or relevant science, technology, engineering or math discipline.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Operations through co-op or internship experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Management or Logistics major.
  • Experience in a chemical/industrial organization.
  • Previous experience at Covestro.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of basic logistics and/or supply chain concepts and principles.
  • Strong listening skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Established planning and organizational skills, and strong MS Office abilities.
  • Proven experience in achieving results by working in a team environment and demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong math and analytic skills.
