Job description

NLP serves 479 households in Allegheny County with a goal of supporting them in achieving housing stability. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports individuals in exiting the homeless system and stabilizing life domains while working toward greater housing independence.
The purpose of this position is to provide direct support to Blended Service Coordination Supervisors and Program Director. The Program Coordinator will assist Blended Service Coordinator's in monitoring their performance related to the quality of services provided. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will assist supervisors and BSC's so that they are in a constant state of readiness for any quality or regulatory audit of the program.
Responsibilities:
Supervision & Consistency
  • Monitors BSC supervisors and models field supervision

Quality & Compliance
  • Ensures regulatory adherence and audit-ready documentation
  • Addresses performance and service issues

Communication & Support
  • Provides feedback and participates in meetings and supervision

Program Knowledge & Improvement
  • Applies BSC/SPMI expertise and supports ongoing improvements
  • Completes additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human service field with 5 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of clinical experience required

  • Master's degree in human service field with 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of clinical experience required.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process required.
  • Maintains all mandatory annual trainings and competencies.
  • Participates with supervisor to identify program design and process needs.
  • Participates in on-going staff development activities.
