Dealership:Lithia & Driveway/Carousel - Supporting 30 stores across Minnesota and Michigan, and Iowa including both domestic and import dealerships.

As a BDC Service Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.

What You'll Do:
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
  • Maintain and organize our customer database

  • Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing

  • Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service

  • Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging from $17-$18 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
