Job Details:

We are seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator to support the Office of AI within Global Technology Solutions. This role focuses on driving AI learning, adoption, and employee engagement across the organization by managing AI learning programs, coordinating events, supporting AI Champions, and tracking adoption metrics.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in learning operations, LMS administration, program coordination, and employee enablement who is passionate about AI and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain AI Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Upload and organize learning content and AI training materials
  • Assign courses and manage learner enrollments
  • Track badge completion, certifications, and learning progress
  • Troubleshoot learner access and platform issues
  • Coordinate AI learning sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Manage registrations and attendee communications
  • Support the AI Champions/Ambassador community
  • Coordinate onboarding of new AI Champions
  • Monitor engagement and participation metrics
  • Generate reports on AI adoption, learning progress, and program effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on AI communications and rollout activities
  • Maintain documentation related to AI learning initiatives
  • Support responsible AI education and AI Guiding Principles
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Coordination, Learning Operations, or Training Administration
  • Experience administering an LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating enterprise learning programs or employee enablement initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in AI, Generative AI, and employee AI adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting AI enablement or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing Champion, Ambassador, or Community programs
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Dashboard/reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
