Position Profile

Weaver seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution of marketing and business development activities to help achieve the firm’s growth goals. Areas of support include sponsorships, firm presentations, external communications, public relations, client/prospect and competitor research, reporting and tracking, data management, and other administrative duties such as invoice processing and tracking

A friendly and positive team player, this marketing coordinator has 1+ year of experience and brings energy and enthusiasm to the work, along with the ability to develop congenial, cooperative relationships both inside and outside the marketing department. This person is well organized, juggles many assignments at once, meets deadlines and keeps others informed of progress and roadblocks that may arise. Finally, this team member is a problem solver, able to identify and implement solutions to a wide variety of issues to help ensure our team is meeting the marketing department and firm goals.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related business discipline
  • 1+ year of relevant marketing, communications, digital marketing, or graphics experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), social platforms (LinkedIn preferred) as well as marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and analytics platforms; experience in Microsoft Teams, Asana and related project management tools preferred; you have a technical mindset, interest in technology, and passion for performance
  • Ability to balance several assignments at once, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines; you know how to balance research, development, execution, and reporting
  • Ability to use excellent judgment, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor; you are authentic and act with integrity
