Account Manager Associate – Property & Casualty

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Manufactured Housing clients with day-to-day service requests
  • Issue certificates of insurance and identification cards accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with new business and renewal policy issuance activities
  • Order motor vehicle records and loss runs to support client and underwriting needs
  • Complete renewal applications and assist with policy servicing activities
  • Build positive relationships with clients and internal partners through responsive communication
Operational Excellence
  • Process policy invoicing and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and client information within agency systems
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all client service transactions
  • Support administrative and operational functions as needed
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
