The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Operations Trainer & Learning Specialist to join the Solera Training Team. This position is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that support employee performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, facilitating impactful learning experiences, and partnering with operational leaders to identify performance gaps and implement effective learning solutions. This role requires strong facilitation skills, curriculum development experience, and the ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years Training & Learning experience and be willing to travel up to 25% during periods of high business demand.
What You'll Do
Facilitation & Employee Development
  • Facilitate instructor-led new hire training and onboarding programs.
  • Deliver upskill, refresher, and leadership development training programs.
  • Maintain a highly engaging learning environment that supports knowledge retention and employee confidence.
  • Adapt facilitation style to accommodate multiple adult learning styles and operational audiences.

Curriculum & Content Development
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of training materials, guides, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and client services teams to ensure training programs remain current and aligned with business needs.
  • Support LMS administration and content updates.

Performance Improvement
  • Partner with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Quality teams to identify performance opportunities and training needs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through performance trends, participant feedback, and operational results.
  • Recommend targeted learning solutions to address knowledge and skill gaps.

Technology & Innovation
  • Utilize Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and learning technologies to improve training efficiency and learner engagement.
  • Support the development of modern learning strategies that include blended learning, virtual facilitation, self-paced resources, and digital knowledge tools.

Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate training records, reporting, attendance logs, and certification documentation.
  • Support business launches, special projects, and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring
Experience
  • Minimum two years of Training & Learning experience required.
  • Previous training, coaching, leadership, mentoring, or facilitation experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer service or contact center environments preferred.
