About This Role

A dynamic and engaging 2.5 to 3-year-old teacher is sought to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, creating lesson plans, and ensuring a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

  • Manage day-to-day activities and schedule times to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Establish a safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
  • Adhere to all center policies and state regulations to ensure a compliant and efficient learning environment.
  • Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to safety protocols.
