Position Summary
The Talent Management Specialist supports programs that strengthen employee development, performance, engagement, and retention. This role partners with HR and business leaders to coordinate talent initiatives, manage performance processes, support leadership development, and provide workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee learning, development, and career growth programs.
  • Administer the performance review process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce data and prepare reports on performance, engagement, retention, and talent trends.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recommend improvements based on survey results.
  • Maintain talent management systems, documentation, and program communications.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and talent management best practices.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience supporting performance management and employee development programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.

Preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification.
  • Experience with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM, or UKG
