Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Experience in data analysis and data modeling

Experience with enterprise software

Prior experience working with and supporting HRIS, Learning Management Systems, Content Management System, Collaboration platforms, SaaS applications, Internationalization or localization highly desired

Experience in business analysis and Project management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Agile Development experience (Scrum and User Story writing skills)
