Your Impact:
The Instructional Designer, Senior partners with the Customer Education managers and business subject matter experts to craft, develop, implement and maintain instructional materials and content for training programs using effective instructional design methodologies and technologies.
Key Tasks for this role
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding development needs.
  • Build out key learning programs and curriculums that support the mission of Freddie Mac's MF
  • Support the initiation, planning and execution of learning interventions, workshops and conferences that algin's Optigo Lenders and Servicers with Freddie Mac's mission
  • Evaluate, build, prioritize and implement learning strategies/programs based on asks.
  • Support learning program initiatives and projects by using your expertise in crafting, developing, planning, implementing, and assessing learning content.
  • Build design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria.
  • Build new assets and review existing assets in the external Learning Management system to ensure they are compliant with best practices in training content design and development.
  • Coordinate and assist in developing learning manuals, pre-work, and course evaluation procedures (inclusive of multimedia visual aids and other educational materials)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in L&D, instructional design or related experience
  • Intermediate experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate Studio, RISE, Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suites)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and demonstrable experience in creating polished, creative, and engaging online learning materials with ability to provide examples of past work products
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal business partners to achieve desired outcomes
  • Confirmed discernment and partnership with business and leadership to understand strategic priorities, goals, and talent strategies

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $142,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
