What You'll Do
  • Design and develop comprehensive learning content across diverse formats, including interactive eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training sessions, engaging videos, concise microlearning resources, and practical job aids.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure all learning materials are accurate, current, and strategically aligned with defined learning objectives and business priorities.
  • Build foundational training materials that clearly articulate the value proposition and offerings of the platform to external partners.
  • Create tailored, role-based learning experiences designed specifically for external audiences, ensuring alignment with their unique learning needs and objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams, including those focused on communication and strategic alliances, to maintain the accuracy and relevance of external certification content.
  • Apply advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theories to construct clear, engaging, and highly learner-friendly educational experiences.
  • Develop supporting learning tools such as assessments, knowledge checks, comprehensive guides, insightful infographics, and performance support tools to reinforce key concepts and facilitate retention.
  • Continuously update and revise existing learning content based on valuable feedback, platform enhancements, and input from stakeholders.
  • Gather essential content from subject matter experts, ensuring the precision and integrity of all certification materials.
  • Integrate feedback from both stakeholders and learners to continuously enhance content quality and optimize the overall learner experience.
  • Adhere to established templates, standards, and processes to ensure uniformity and high quality across all certification and partner learning materials.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience in instructional design and content development across multiple modalities (eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, video, microlearning, job aids).
  • Strong understanding and application of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.
