As a Learning Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders, translating enterprise goals into learning priorities that improve workforce readiness, performance, and business impact.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align learning priorities with strategic goals and performance needs.

  • Translate business needs into capability-building strategies, roadmaps, and learning solutions.

  • Identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities that impact workforce readiness.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, urgency, feasibility, and expected impact.

  • Lead stakeholder alignment between the business and learning function.

  • Define success measures and monitor progress against business outcomes.

Key Deliverables

  • Business-aligned capability plans and learning roadmaps.

  • Prioritized portfolio recommendations focused on high-value needs.

  • Stakeholder engagement plans that drive alignment, adoption, and accountability.
