Overview

We're hiring Corporate Trainers for a company that blends heavy industry with precision manufacturing. This role serves as the central training coordinator across the facility, partnering with Human Resources and Production to build, improve, and maintain training programs that support employees from onboarding through long-term development.

You'll own the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT), develop training materials, track employee progress, and work directly with department leaders and subject matter experts to improve training effectiveness. You'll spend roughly half your time in the production environment, ensuring training aligns with real operational needs.
