  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
  • Practical approach to partnering with business leaders and deliver scalable learning solutions that enable talent pipelining, capability building and succession planning
  • Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving professional development programs leading to tangible and measurable results
