THE DETAILS: What You Will Do
Manage and Expand Key Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers. Work with current customers to deepen their use of Intellijoint products, provide expert guidance and training, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Train Surgeons and OR Staff: You'll deliver top-notch training to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff, making sure everyone knows how to use our tech safely, effectively, and independently. You'll provide support during select surgical cases and work with distributors or independent reps to keep clinical activities running smoothly.
Lead & Launch New Business Generation: You'll lead complex sales activities involving multiple decision-makers, generate leads, do product demos, work with legal teams to finalize contracts, onboard new accounts and their surgical teams, and ensure long-term satisfaction post-sale.
