What you will do

As Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Ecommerce, you will lead the development, execution, optimization, and performance management of integrated shopper marketing and ecommerce programs for Sam’s Club. 

Responsibilities:

Omnichannel & Shopper Marketing 

  • Lead development and execution of insight-driven omnichannel campaigns aligned to brand priorities, Sam’s Club strategies, and Joint Business Planning growth objectives.

  • Own planning, stewardship, optimization, and reconciliation of shopper marketing budget.

  • Lead approximately 50 media and print projects from brief through execution, optimization, recap, and learning integration.

  • Serve as a credible day-to-day partner across Sam’s Club, MAP, sales, brand, agency, ecommerce, and merchandising stakeholders to drive customer-centric activation plans.

Ecommerce & Digital Shelf Excellence 

  • Own digital shelf readiness and health, including content accuracy, availability, ratings & reviews, search visibility, and conversion opportunities.

  • Lead new item launch and online assortment readiness, ensuring timely PDP setup, asset submission, item setup follow-through, and customer content partner alignment.

  • Manage PDP execution, ensuring ecommerce readiness is delivered with speed, accuracy, and strategic ownership.

  • Identify opportunities across content, taxonomy, search, and merchandising to improve conversion, shopper engagement, and digital sales growth.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights 

  • Translate campaign, content, ecommerce, shopper, and business performance into clear recommendations that influence activation strategy and growth plans.

  • Leverage 6P data (product, price, placement, promotion, etc.) to build insight-driven storytelling.

  • Develop presentations and narratives that translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

Strategy & Optimization 

  • Independently prioritize work across high-volume projects, shifting business needs, and multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong governance and accountability.

  • Influence site experience, merchandising strategies, and customer-facing recommendations to drive sales, share, and long-term Sam’s Club growth.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 6–9 years of experience in shopper marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or related roles.

  • Experience in CPG and/or retail (Sam’s Club or Walmart preferred).

  • Strong understanding of retail media, digital marketing, and ecommerce fundamentals.

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with ecommerce/retail tools such as Scintilla, Stackline, Profitero, IRI, Flywheel, Pacvue, or Salsify preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
