The Manager, Learning and Development, is responsible for leading the strategy, design, planning, and execution of curriculum and training content initiatives that support Facilities Services associates and skilled trade roles. This position manages complex curriculum projects from intake through implementation, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to business priorities, field requirements, technical standards, compliance expectations, and operational needs. The role requires strong project management capability, curriculum design expertise, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical information into structured, scalable, and effective learning experiences.

The Learning Solutions team designs and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance technician skills and operational safety. Collaborating with stakeholders, the team develops learning strategies, instructional content, and performance tools aligned with business objectives. They manage curriculum development, leverage educational technologies, and uphold quality standards to support continuous workforce improvement. By fostering adaptability and ongoing learning, the team drives process enhancements and productivity gains. Their efforts contribute significantly to operational excellence and the organization’s success through effective change management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll do:
  • Define curriculum strategy and content priorities by assessing capability gaps, business requirements, learner needs, technical standards, compliance expectations, and operational priorities.
  • Design role-based curriculum architectures, course maps, learning journeys, objectives, assessments, facilitator materials, job aids, microlearning, blended learning solutions, and practice-based learning activities.
  • Establish and maintain curriculum governance standards, including content quality expectations, review cycles, version control, approval processes, and ongoing maintenance practices.
  • Lead end-to-end curriculum and content development projects, from intake to launch, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, approval checkpoints, and stakeholder communications to ensure curriculum initiatives are delivered on time and with quality.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience building scalable curriculum frameworks, learning roadmaps, content governance models, or standardized training systems in a large or matrixed organization.
  • Project management, instructional design, learning and development, or related certification preferred.
  • Experience using project management tools, learning technologies, authoring tools, and reporting data to manage delivery and improve learning outcomes.
  • Experience supporting Facilities Services, skilled trades, maintenance operations, technical training, safety-related content, or field-based learning delivery.
