Key job responsibilities
>Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content
- Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments
- Experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
- Experience implementing full training life cycle in order to improve organizational training initiatives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact
- Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap
- History of success in fast-paced, global environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
