The Learning And Development Manager focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing training strategies at a strategic level, while the Training Coordinator handles the logistics and delivery of training sessions. Both roles require strong communication skills, but the manager's role is more strategic and managerial, whereas the coordinator's role is more operational and execution-focused.
A learning and development manager builds training programs for employees within a business or organization. This training focuses on helping employees understand and work towards the organization’s goals. A learning and development manager may also work with the training and development staff to create instructional videos, schedule and develop in-class lectures, and create online learning environments.

The Learning & Development Specialist partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees across VEGA to design, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve learning and development initiatives that support business performance, employee growth, and organizational capability.
This role is responsible for managing development programs, facilitating training, evaluating learning effectiveness, and leading projects that strengthen technical, professional, and leadership development throughout the organization. The position serves as a collaborative partner to departments across VEGA and contributes to the long-term evolution of the company's learning and talent development strategy. As the organization's learning and development needs evolve, this position will have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility for program management, facilitation, and development initiatives.
