Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Learning Solutions, this role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding strategic client relationships across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations solve business challenges through custom learning, talent, and technology solutions while collaborating closely with internal design, technology, and delivery teams.

  • Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with marketing, design, and tech teams.
  • Consult with clients on performance, learning, training, and enabling technologies.
  • Create tailored presentations for business leaders across industries.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Craft proposals and SOWs with the support of tech and design teams.
  • Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies to generate new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution development through negotiation, contracting, and handoff.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity records within Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with learning strategy, design, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.

  • Confident engaging prospective and existing clients through outreach, discovery conversations, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration.
