About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Sales Director to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow a mix of our Commercial and Enterprise customer base. This role is a hybrid-based role in Austin, Texas.

What You'll Do 
  • Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts
  • Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.
  • Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value.
What You'll Need
  • Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change.
  • Possesses strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Are proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business.
