  • Develop scalable, multi-modal learning solutions (including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and seated formats) grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • Drive operational excellence across ISC Learning & Development, including intake, capacity planning, financial oversight, and quality standards to ensure scalable, high-quality learning delivery.
  • Partner with ISC executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally to assess capability needs, define development strategies, and measure business impact.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve data-backed learning solutions aligned to business outcomes at scale, aligning Lean principles and organizational and talent development best practices.
  • Work collaboratively to establish governance, predictable operating mechanisms, dashboards, and success metrics to drive continuous improvement and scalable learning deployment.
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of ISC learning technology platforms, including LMS strategy, adoption, and aligned analytics.
  • Drive strategic change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful implementation and adoption of development initiatives across ISC, managing global stakeholders to deliver leadership and capability training that meets evolving business needs.
  • Manage and/or lead all aspects of program delivery, including planning, budget management, communications, participant experience, logistics, and execution excellence.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-business collaboration.
