Job description

The AI Learning Sales Specialistย is responsible forย driving revenue growth through the sale of AI-enabled learning solutions developed by a highly dynamic AI learning business in which Fitch Learning is a strategic minority shareholder. The role focuses on selling AI simulations, AI-powered eLearning, and AI learning platforms to enterprise clients, working closely with Fitch Learning Relationship Managers and Business Development teams.ย 

The role sits within Fitch Learning and plays a key part in scaling the firm's AI-led learning proposition, acting as a product and solution specialist within complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles.ย 

Fitch Learning is currently seeking an AI Learning Sales Specialist, reporting to a Team Leader within the Fitch Learning Sales organization.ย

AI Learning Sales & Revenue Growth:ย 

  • Driveย new salesย of AI learning solutions, including AI simulations, AI-enabled eLearning and learning platformsย 

  • Represent and position AI learning products delivered through the Fitch Learning AI learning business investmentย 

  • Proactivelyย identifyย and qualify new AI learning opportunities within existing and target accounts, partnering with Relationship Managers to convert themย 

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:ย 

  • Act as a subject-matter specialist in AI-powered learning during client engagementsย 

  • Lead discovery discussions to understand client capability gaps and learning objectivesย 

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution deep-dives focused on business and learning outcomesย 

  • Address client questions on AI governance, data privacy, and learning outcomes, drawing on the credibility of Fitch-verified contentย 

Collaboration with Core Sales Teams:ย 

  • Workย alongside Relationship Managers and Business Development colleagues on joint opportunitiesย 

  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial structuring in line with Fitch Learning standardsย 

Internal Stakeholder Partnership:ย 

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing,ย Deliveryย and the AI learning business counterparts to shapeย feasibleย and differentiated solutionsย 

  • Provide market and client feedback to inform ongoing product and go-to-market developmentย 

Sales Discipline & Reporting:ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforceย 

  • Operate in line with Fitch Learning sales processes, governance, and commercial controlsย

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital, SaaS,ย technologyย or learning solutionsย

For New York: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $135,00 to 155,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch. ย
