Experience:

Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following disciplines:
    • Enterprise learning & development
    • Organization structure & organizational development
    • Learning design and technology
    • Operational management
  • At least 3 years of management/supervisory experience.

Preferred

  • Experience managing managers.

Skills & Knowledge:

Required

  • Ability to proactively solve problems using root cause analysis and from a frame of reference that recognizes nonlinear dynamic complexities
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from empirical data; ability to apply mathematics, algebraic and statistical computations to solve business problems
  • Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing and improving processes.
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management & business partnering skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
  • Intermediate Excel skills & basic Access database skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of learning & development measurement methodologies, theories & frameworks.

  • Ability to represent the credit union in a professional manner, verbally and in writing
  • Basic understanding of the concept of productive capacity and its utilization.
  • Working knowledge of employment law/regulation (including but not limited to FLSA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, GINA, ERISA, etc.)

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm

Paygrade: 3BA

The expected pay range for this position is $125,429 – $141,689 annually.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

This role may also be eligible for:

  • Bonus opportunity up to 10%

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.
