What You'll Do:
โ€ข Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
โ€ข Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
โ€ข Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
โ€ข SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
What We're Looking For:
โ€ข SLP - Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
โ€ข Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
โ€ข Experience or interest in pediatrics - Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
โ€ข Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
โ€ข Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
