Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data services sector, is seeking a Data Quality Analyst - Vietnamese Language Specialist to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst - Vietnamese Language Specialist, you will be part of the Data Operations team supporting innovative AR/VR product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Data Quality Analyst - Vietnamese Language Specialist
Hybrid – Redmond, WA, Burlingame, CA, Austin, TX, or NYC (Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite)
6 Month contract with potential for extension

Pay Rate: $27/hour

What's the Job?

  • Author and refine guidelines for Vietnamese‑language data collection and quality assurance audits.
  • Conduct internal research studies involving Vietnamese‑speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform weekly QA audits of Vietnamese‑language data collected by internal and external teams.
  • Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to Vietnamese‑language data.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high‑quality Vietnamese data and monitor program performance for continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required.
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
