Job description

Job Summary:
Doppel is building the future of social engineering defense with an AI-native platform that protects against digital threats. They are seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and scale systems that enhance their revenue engine through data management and automation, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and manage data flows, integrations, APIs, and webhooks to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across systems. Our stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BigQuery, Zapier, and Clari Copilot.
• Consolidate contacts, interaction history, and engagement signals from multiple sources into a single, enriched, trustworthy data foundation. Build the orchestration layer that keeps data flowing between tools and powers every workflow downstream.
• Build and evolve our prospecting architecture using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify high-intent accounts and contacts
• Develop new signal-based workflows (intent, enrichment, behavioral triggers) to improve targeting and timing
• Design and automate outbound and inbound campaign workflows aligned to ICP, personas, and messaging strategy
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflows across GTM teams
• Build automations that reduce manual work (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, account research, sequencing triggers)
• Maximize native AI capabilities across existing tools and evaluate new tools to enhance the stack
• Act as a bridge between technical systems and GTM teams
• Train Sales, Marketing, and CS on new workflows, tools, and AI capabilities
• Build internal champions and drive adoption of new systems and processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4–6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes and how systems support revenue outcomes
• Deep experience with CRM and GTM tools listed in our stack above. We want to leverage Clay better as our GTM orchestration and enrichment layer.
• You'll build enrichment pipelines, help define our ICP in data terms, and map every signal that matters. You've built things, not just maintained them.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with data warehouses (BigQuery preferred)
• Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Clay)
• Ability to design scalable workflows and data models across systems
• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI workflows, agents, or copilots in GTM contexts
• Strong familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Strong interest in staying ahead of trends in LLMs and agentic systems
• Builder mentality: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured systems
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Scrappy and execution-oriented—you ship fast, iterate, and scale what works
• Strong cross-functional communicator able to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Background in high-growth or AI-native companies
Preferred:
• Bonus: Experience with Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting and automation
Company:
Doppel is an AI-native security platform that helps organizations defend against social engineering risks and digital impersonation. Founded in 2022, the company is headquartered in Covina, USA, with a team of 201-500 employees. The company is currently Growth Stage.
