Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Tool Room Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Supervise and train tool room personnel, fostering skill development and safety.
  • Implement and enforce preventative maintenance programs for tooling.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize tool design and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a tool room environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proficiency in operating and programming various machine tools (e.g., CNC mills, lathes, grinders, EDM).
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and metrology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train a team of skilled machinists and toolmakers.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software for tooling design and manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
