Job description

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver a robust, forward-looking leadership development strategy for senior leadership.
  • Build high-impact learning experiences and develop/curate leadership curriculum to strengthen leadership capabilities, business acumen, and core competencies.
  • Partner with HRBPs on succession planning for business-critical senior leadership roles; create multi-year roadmaps and individualized succession readiness plans.
  • Create and lead a senior leadership mentoring program; drive mentor/mentee relationships and track outcomes.
  • Develop and continuously improve global senior leadership curriculum.
  • Design and deliver executive development aligned with the 70:20:10 model.
  • Identify and manage external partnerships for co-created/sourced development solutions.
  • Build and facilitate learning for cross-functional program team leaders and emerging leaders.
  • Manage executive coaching vendor relationships; assess coaches and match as needed.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding programs for accelerated time-to-impact.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with succession/development needs and address capability gaps.
  • Own Leadership Summit development content/experiences.
  • Benchmark executive development, onboarding, and succession experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Org Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 12+ years progressive experience in Leadership Development/Org Development/Talent Management or related HR; 3-5 years executive-level development.
  • Prior Pharma and/or Biotech experience required.
Skills/Requirements (preferred where noted)
  • Experience designing and implementing senior leadership development strategies with measurable impact.
  • Experience facilitating global, cross-functional learning using synchronous/asynchronous modalities (ILT, eLearning, social learning).
  • Succession planning frameworks, leadership assessments, and development planning experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Executive coaching experience and/or certification preferred.
  • Adult learning, coaching/mentoring, and leadership competency model expertise.
  • Strong collaboration with global senior leaders; facilitation and executive presence.
  • Strong program management; manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency: Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and learning/content tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Travel
  • Occasional domestic travel (~10%).
