In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams, leading matrixed teams to successfully execute complex IT programs while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day program execution, we are seeking leaders who can contribute to the strategic growth of the organization by identifying, shaping, and supporting new opportunities across federal agencies. You will play a critical role in supporting capture and proposal efforts, while building and mentoring high-performing teams aligned to evolving mission needs.

Successful candidates will bring strong experience managing IT and mission-oriented programs across the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC), including acquisition processes and documentation. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating technical and functional activities such as systems engineering, systems integration, service desk and call center operations, cybersecurity, database and storage management, and software development or configuration.
