Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights hires leadership professionals who want to acquire skills to build their career portfolio and grow within the company. We pride ourselves on having a fast-paced growth culture where leaders are continually developing and enhancing their skills and the skills of those around them. This includes high-level hospitality experience, business acumen, coaching, and overall leadership savvy.

As part of our Leadership Development Program, you will train on all areas of the business, be given access to world class leadership development, learn to lead an $12 million+ organization, and have the chance to build a portfolio that will set you up for a career in Chick-fil-A or your next adventure. You will work along side of the Operator to challenge the current leadership team, innovate new strategy, develop leaders and influence your community.

Mission:

To lead teams in the execution of operational excellence, stewardship systems, and hospitality development.

Job Outcomes:

  • Utilize schedule templates and line-up to create shift-by-shift operational strategy. Communicate a confident, caring plan to shift team. Orchestrate success throughout shift via proactive problem solving, world class service standards, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee financial systems of each shift using accuracy and accountability processes. Provide corrective action and documentation as necessary.
  • Coach and celebrate Hospitality Leadership behaviors with Front Counter teams. Model and impart successful methods of guest care and recovery to Front of House Team Members (Core 4, HEARD, etc.)
  • Facilitate the interception of external contacts via Store Phone, ensuring all call-in catering orders, guest remarks, and other points of communication receive the appropriate response.
  • Partner with Training Director and fellow Shift Leaders to provide feedback, collaboration, and guidance to all Hospitality new-hires with emphasis in first 90 days, establishing a dominate team in guest service and restaurant production.
