Job Description:

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 30-month program built for recent graduates who want to grow into future finance leaders. You will build leadership and technical skills through hands-on rotational assignments, formal training, and ongoing coaching. The program includes two rotations: an 18-month first rotation followed by a 12-month second rotation. These experiences are designed to accelerate your development by working in different finance and accounting areas across Johnson & Johnson businesses and locations.

In addition to your rotations, you will complete five weeks of training throughout the program, led by internal and external experts. This interactive learning experience is designed to strengthen your business knowledge and help you build skills in problem-solving, analysis, teamwork, leadership, and technical finance work.

Opportunities may be available at Johnson & Johnson locations in or near New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; Springhouse, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Irvine, CA; Danvers, MA; San Angelo, TX; and El Paso, TX.

All rotations are based in the United States. Through the program, you may gain experience across Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Corporate Headquarters. Each rotation is designed to give you meaningful experience, help you apply what you know, and expand your professional network across the company. You may work in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Finance Solutions & Technology.

The FLDP and the Johnson & Johnson Finance organization also encourage participants to pursue professional certifications such as the CMA or CPA.

Qualifications

  • You must have a bachelor's degree or fifth-year master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field, earned between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • You must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and examples of leadership experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and Word) is preferred.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
  • You must be willing to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation.

The base pay for this position is $81,000/year.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.
