Job Overview
Hwy 55 is hiring Leaders and Operators. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys achieving as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support team members during shifts.
  • Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations. 
  • Train, coach, and develop team members. 
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. 
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience. 
  • Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations. 
  • Support daily operations in both kitchen and front-of-house.
  • Prepare food and assist with orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
