Location: Washington, DC

We are seeking a board-certified, relationship-driven Internal Medicine physician to join our Washington, DC concierge medical practice. This employed position offers the opportunity to practice highly personalized, patient-centered medicine within a collaborative concierge care environment - allowing physicians to spend more meaningful time with patients while benefiting from the support, infrastructure, and stability of an established national organization.

Physicians in this role enjoy smaller patient panels, longer appointment times, a focus on preventive and relationship-based care, and reduced administrative burden, creating an environment designed to support both exceptional patient experiences and improved physician work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, unhurried primary and preventive care to a limited panel of members.

Build long-term relationships focused on personalized, evidence-based care and wellness.

Maintain seamless continuity of care, coordinating with specialists and hospital teams.

Participate in community outreach and practice growth activities as desired.

Qualifications

MD with Board Certification in Internal Medicine.

Active District of Columbia medical license and DEA registration.
