Come join us in reshaping the future with AtkinsRealis. AtkinsRealis is dedicated in engineering a better future for our planet and its people. We are hiring an ORAT Planning and Process Lead to join our growing team.

The ORAT Planning and Process Lead will support a transformative large scale airport program and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.

Your role
  • Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
  • Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.
  • Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
  • Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of project staff.
  • Develops the details of objectives, scope, dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all programs.
  • Responsible for the successful execution of the trials plan.
  • Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes.
About You


Required Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 10 years' experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.
  • Proven ORAT experience with 5 years of experience in a management position.
  • ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management level reporting to enable effective decision making.
  • Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective workstream.
  • Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically, a good understanding of wholistic airport operations is considered an asset.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
