The ORAT Planning and Process Lead will support a transformative large scale airport program and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.
Your role- Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
- Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.
- Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
- Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of project staff.
- Develops the details of objectives, scope, dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all programs.
- Responsible for the successful execution of the trials plan.
- Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes.
About You
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $135,000 - $185,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
