Description

ACI Coatings is growing in the Boise area, and we're looking for dependable, motivated Residential Painters to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced painter looking for a long-term home or someone with construction or painting experience who's ready to develop your skills, we'd like to hear from you.


Pay: $22-$32 per hour

Starting pay is based on painting experience, skill level, and qualifications.


We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to be part of a strong team. Attendance, honesty, quality workmanship, and self-motivation are essential.


What We're Looking For
  • Residential painting or construction experience preferred
  • Experience with interior and exterior painting
  • Airless sprayer experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Working smartphone for work-related apps
  • Ability to pass MVR and background checks
  • Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana per Idaho state law.

Experienced painters with 5+ years of residential painting experience, airless pump proficiency, and equipment maintenance experience may qualify toward the top of the advertised pay range and be considered for lead responsibilities.


Tools are supplied by ACI Coatings, except for personal hand/grip tools.
