Job description

Let's introduce ourselves

Product Manager, Lead Quality & Enablement

Mahwah, NJ

The Lead Quality & Enablement Manager owns the operational integrity of Volvo Cars US's lead ecosystem across all inbound channels - including website leads, phone leads, showroom leads, and marketing-generated leads. This role is responsible for ensuring that leads are accurately captured, properly attributed, consistently tracked, and effectively converted - and that the digital team has the tools, data, and feedback mechanisms in place to continuously improve quality and performance.
This is a digital operations and enablement role, not a sales role. The focus is on the systems, tooling, and data infrastructure that drive lead quality outcomes, and on enabling retailers and regional teams to convert leads effectively through better digital support and visibility.

What you'll do

Own the quality framework for all inbound lead channels including website, phone, showroom, and marketing - defining standards, tracking mechanisms, and performance benchmarks for each
Manage and optimize the digital tools and platforms that support lead capture, attribution, routing, and quality scoring across all channels
Build and maintain feedback loops between the digital team, regional teams, and retailers to identify lead quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Develop and oversee lead conversion tracking infrastructure, ensuring accurate, end-to-end visibility from initial digital touchpoint through to retailer conversion
Define and monitor lead quality KPIs across all channels, producing regular performance reporting for digital and commercial leadership
Partner with the Product Manager, Leads to translate quality insights and channel performance data into product improvements
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and automation to improve lead quality scoring, anomaly detection, and conversion nudges
Work closely with retailer and regional teams to enable better lead handling practices through digital tooling, training support, and performance visibility
Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met across all lead tracking and management systems

What you'll bring

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital operations, lead management, or marketing technology roles
Deep understanding of multi-channel lead ecosystems including digital, phone, and in-person lead flows
Experience managing lead quality frameworks, attribution models, and conversion tracking infrastructure
Proficiency with CRM platforms, lead management tools, and marketing automation systems
Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and deriving actionable insights from lead data
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across digital, commercial, and retailer-facing teams
Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward data accuracy and operational rigor

Nice to Have

Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location brand environments
Familiarity with AI-powered lead scoring, quality detection, or conversion optimization tools
Knowledge of call tracking platforms and phone lead attribution methodologies
Experience working within data governance frameworks and ensuring compliance across tracking systems

Salary Range

       $82,947 to $154,044

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
