About The Opportunity
Join our passionate and collaborative Revenue Strategy & Operations team, and contribute your expertise to lead the strategy and execution of our lead management and territory operations. Your leadership will ensure high-quality data hygiene and optimized restaurant coverage, directly fueling the success of our revenue-generating teams. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to process improvement will make a significant impact on our organization's growth and profitability.
We're looking for a strategic manager to oversee our lead lifecycle and territory implementation. You will be the architect of our geographic sales plans, leveraging CRM data and advanced mapping tools to ensure our revenue-generating teams across Merchant Network are targeting the highest priority restaurants at the right time, onboarding them efficiently, and retaining our high-value customers in our high-value target markets.
This role isn't just about managing records; it's about driving high-impact strategic initiatives that streamline the merchant journey from prospecting, through onboarding, and to long-term success on our platform. If you're a Salesforce and Excel expert who thrives on solving complex operational challenges in a dynamic work environment and leading a high-performing team to achieve aggressive and exciting organizational KPIs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Impact You Will Make:
  • Lead Management & Data Hygiene: Manage a team of associates overseeing daily updates to a Salesforce CRM with 2M+ active restaurant records to maintain data hygiene and insight throughout the restaurant life-cycle.
  • Territory Strategy & Implementation: Own the end-to-end implementation of territory strategies for Sales and Customer Success teams, translating company-wide strategy into actionable multi-layered geographic plans.
  • Process Automation: Develop templates and automate repeatable Salesforce record assignment processes to support our entire Merchant Network organization, partnering directly with engineering resources following proof-of-concept pilots.
  • Strategic Project Management: Serve as a project manager for company-wide strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with high-level goals and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies within the commission operations function, focusing on automation, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Operational Consulting & Analysis: Act as an internal consultant for business partners to optimize Salesforce functionality and provide visibility through custom dashboards and reporting.
  • End to end data management: Understand multiple systems and automations and curate strategic suggestions on how to improve overall tracking through systems.
  • Data Models: Understand the complexity that powers data models that produce segments and tiers of business to target

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Lead Management.
  • Proven experience managing a team of associates and overseeing large-scale Salesforce CRM data management.
  • Experience with territory design and geographic planning software
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills and SQL fluency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders with competing objectives and without direct reporting structure influence, understanding their needs and translating them into operational execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a consultant to both strategic leadership and technical engineering teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in process improvement and project management methodologies.

Got These? Even Better:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Project management certification (CAPM or PMP)
  • Process Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification)
  • Salesforce or ArcGIS certifications
