Overview

Tyvek Roll Goods is looking for a Commercial Excellence & Marketing Operations Lead to translate marketing strategy into disciplined go-to-market execution and measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Leader, this role connects Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence to strengthen demand generation, lead management, competitive intelligence, and commercial program deployment across regions.

This is an individual contributor leadership role: the successful candidate will lead through influence, governance, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct people management.

Growth opportunity: Shape scalable commercial operating practices that improve pipeline generation, increase commercial effectiveness, and make market insights easier to act on globally.

Location: Wilmington, DE preferred; Hybrid schedule with an expectation of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.

Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates.

Travel: ~10%

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Activation & Program Management

  • Translate strategic priorities into sales plays and scalable growth programs.

  • Lead program execution across regions, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and performance tracking.

  • Improve marketing effectiveness through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: MBA

  • Experience using CRM and analytics platforms to improve business performance and processes; Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
