Business Development Center (BDC) Manager

Dublin, OH

As the BDC Manager, you will lead internet sales operation for a high-volume, fast-paced Honda dealership looking for a proven leader who can develop people, improve processes, and turn more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train the BDC team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment setting.
  • Monitor and optimize lead response (calls, texts, emails) times to maximize conversion rates.
  • Improve appointment-set, show, and sold percentages
  • Work closely with sales managers and salespeople to maximize every opportunity
  • Review daily performance reports and identify missed opportunities
  • Conduct call reviews, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up processes
Requirements:
  • Automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent phone, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable managing performance through reports and measurable goals
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and lead management
