About North High Brewing:

We also serve a full menu of from scratch bites, cater to private events and large parties, and host community events.  Our first restaurant located in Historic Dublin, opened in 2020, while our Uptown Westerville location opened in the Fall of 2023.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Prepares and plates all food items to NHB recipes and standards.
  • Visually inspects all food items coming into and leaving the kitchen.
  • Ability to identify and prepare all menu items.
  • Familiarity with weighing and measuring ingredients.
  • Prepares food by methods of frying, sauteing, baking, boiling and other methods as needed.
  • Sets up, breaks down and cleans all stations and kitchen.
  • Inspect the work area to ensure the equipment is operable and sanitary.
  • Adheres to local, state and federal health code and sanitation rules. 
  • Covers, dates and labels all food to be stored according to all health code rules.
  • Ability to utilize all equipment in the kitchen and knowledge of proper cleaning methods as well.
  • Assists in completing all daily duties.
  • Wears proper uniform at all times while at work.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepping, preparing, cooking and expediting food, including a la carte and banquet meals.
  • Notifies the proper person of any food shortages or broken equipment.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
  • Ability to deal with co-workers in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all safety, emergency and sanitation policies are followed and violations are reported to the direct report on duty.
  • Help doing dishes and other cleaning tasks when needed or directed by managers.
  • Ability to put away the truck deliveries while maintaining correct food hierarchy and FIFO.
