Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will work out of our new Howell Mill location to support our sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, outreach, research, or a related role. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with strong organization, communication, and research skills. In this role, you will help identify prospects, organize lead information, support outreach campaigns, maintain CRM records, and assist with follow-up efforts. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing tasks carefully, and communicating professionally with prospects and internal team members.

Responsibilities

·      Conduct lead generation and prospect research for target markets.

·      Research and identify potential leads using online databases, google, company websites, and other prospecting tools.

·      Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.

·      Support outreach efforts through email, google, phone calls, and other approved communication channels.

·      Assist with follow-ups and help keep the sales pipeline organized.

·      Track outreach activity, prospect status, next steps, and response notes.

·      Prepare organized lead lists and basic reports for management review.

·      Communicate professionally with US-based prospects and internal team members.

·      Stay consistent, detail-oriented, and reliable when managing outreach and lead data.

·      Drive the growth of our client base through innovative sales strategies and proactive outreach.  Be at the forefront of expanding our market presence by engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into loyal customers.

Requirements

·      Based in or near Atlanta, Georgia and have your own transportation.

·      Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales development, prospect research, outreach, or a related role.

·      Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

·      Comfortable using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel.

·      Basic familiarity with CRM systems.

·      Strong written communication skills.

·      Ability to research companies, decision-makers, and contact information.

·      Organized, proactive, and able to manage assigned tasks with accountability.

·      Must be able to be flexible and accommodating.
