Friedman Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and hands-on Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth strategy and help position our company at the forefront of modern marketing.

This is a unique opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who understands not only SEO, content marketing, social media, paid media, inbound marketing, and demand generation—but also how AI is transforming the way businesses are discovered, evaluated, nurtured, and selected.

We’re looking for someone who can build strategy and execute. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating compelling content, scaling marketing output through AI-enabled workflows, improving digital visibility, driving qualified lead generation, nurturing prospects through the funnel, and supporting measurable revenue growth across multiple business lines.

  • Developers and institutional real estate stakeholders

Partnering closely with the new business development team to support revenue growth across Friedman’s service lines through targeted campaigns, lead generation strategies, sales-support content, and inbound marketing initiatives

Developing and executing inbound marketing strategies designed to attract, engage, nurture, and convert qualified prospects

Managing paid media initiatives, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsored content, and other performance-driven digital advertising campaigns

  • Traditional search engines
  • AI-powered search and answer platforms
  • Agentic and generative discovery environments, including:
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • ChatGPT
    • Gemini
    • Claude
    • Perplexity
    • Future AI discovery platforms

Leveraging AI-enabled marketing tools to improve productivity, scalability, personalization, content development, campaign optimization, reporting, and overall marketing performance

Using AI to accelerate content creation while applying strong strategic judgment, editorial review, brand alignment, and quality control to ensure AI-assisted content is accurate, relevant, differentiated, and valuable

Supporting revenue growth across Friedman’s core business lines, including:

  • Commercial Brokerage
  • Commercial Property Management
  • Construction & Design
  • Facilities Management
  • Multifamily Management
  • Receivership & Special Assets
  • Investment Sales
  • Commercial Lending

Managing marketing analytics, campaign performance, website reporting, lead attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing technology platforms

Creating digital content and campaigns that support brand awareness, thought leadership, recruiting, client engagement, prospect education, and business development

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Strong B2B marketing background, preferably in a professional services, real estate, construction, CRE, facilities, finance, or related industry
  • Proven success with SEO, content marketing, social media, paid media, inbound marketing, demand generation, and lead generation
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns—not just managing vendors

You understand how audiences research, compare, and select service providers across search engines, social platforms, email, paid media, websites, AI-powered tools, and referral-driven networks.

You are comfortable moving between the creative and technical sides of marketing. You can develop strong messaging, shape compelling content, edit with judgment, and tell a clear story—but you also understand SEO, analytics, campaign performance, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.

You know how to use AI as a force multiplier. You can leverage AI tools to scale content creation, improve efficiency, personalize campaigns, identify opportunities, analyze performance, and accelerate execution—while still applying the human judgment needed to ensure the final product is accurate, strategic, polished, and aligned with the Friedman brand.

You are excited by technology, motivated by measurable business impact, and energized by the opportunity to help a leading commercial real estate organization modernize and scale its marketing function.
